Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and restrictions governing your use of the Ruhanir Engine SaaS platform, console dashboards, APIs, and SMS/WhatsApp communications gateways. By creating or using a tenant portal, you agree to adhere to this policy.
1. Prohibited Core Activities
You may not use Ruhanir Engine or any provisioned tenant portal to:
- Illegal Activities: Host, publish, or distribute illegal content, promote fraudulent financial schemes, or run unlicensed medical consultation clinics.
- Security Hazards: Distribute viruses, trojans, ransomware, or host phishing forms designed to steal credentials (e.g., credit card portals, fake banking portals).
- Malicious Automation: Scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Ruhanir Engine network, database, or Supabase endpoints without explicit permission.
2. Communications & Gateway Abuse
Our platform provides built-in SMS gateways (Twilio, BulkSMSBD, ElitBuzz) and WhatsApp Business API integrations. You must not:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, promotional spam, or marketing texts without end-user consent.
- Transmit messages containing offensive content, hate speech, or harassment.
- Impersonate official agencies, bank representatives, or third parties via OTP messages or sms text senders.
- Overload or abuse the Agora RTC video call servers with automated bots or non-functional video streams.
3. Content Restrictions
All materials hosted on your white-label portals must respect copyright and intellectual property laws:
- You may not upload media, books, or software files to the library or file sharing modules that infringe on third-party trademarks or copyrights.
- You may not host adult content, violent materials, or promote self-harm through your e-commerce variant catalogs or blogging modules.
4. System Resource Abuse & Scraping
- Web Scraping: Scraping, harvesting, or extracting databases from other tenants using crawling bots is strictly forbidden.
- Rate Limits & API Overloading: Flooding our webhooks or REST API endpoints with excessively high request frequencies designed to slow down the engine console is prohibited.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
We monitor system health, database load, and SMS dispatch queues for patterns of abuse. Violation of this AUP may lead to immediate suspension of your admin console access, deletion of your tenant portals, or termination of your billing subscription. Under severe circumstances (such as hosting malware or committing financial fraud), we will report details to local law enforcement.
